I have heard that many Stardoll users get their accounts hacked all the time, and I thought it would be nice to help you get them back:
- When you realise immediately that your account is hacked, and you can't get on, go to 'forgot password' and type in the email. It should send it to you and if that email has been changed, type the PARENT email you used when signing up.
If that does not work, then follow the instructions below:
FOR SUPERSTARS
- Go to your email that used to be for your original account before it was changed, and look for the email Stardoll had sent you AFTER you have made a Superstar purchase. In the email is a "Reference Number".
- Copy this number, and send a message to Stardoll with this number. Use a spare account to do this [make sure you DON'T EVER give this code to anyone; give it out, and you'll never see your account again].
- When Stardoll gets this number, they will know which account is being hacked, and will be able to give the account back to your, since Stardoll can detect if the account has been stolen or not.
FOR NON-SUPERSTARS [can work for SS as well]
- Go to my account, and click on the tab "Account Settings" and on that tab you will see a number; your user ID. Copy that ID and send it to Stardoll in a message.
- Keep it safe (:
- You will surely get your account back !!

when someone hacked your account and changed the email, you get a mail to your 1st mail where it saice you changed your email. It also saice then you can change it back,so you can get you acc back.
